Alongside her role as Director of Finance and Operations, Racheal is a Certified Workplace Mediator and is committed to tackling issues such as ending violence against young people. As a Non-Executive Director at ECO, she provides independent oversight, strategic guidance, and strong governance expertise, ensuring the organisation remains accountable while delivering meaningful impact for the communities it serves.
