Sherry Peck

Sherry Peck is an experienced executive leader and consultant with over 30 years’ leadership across the public, private, and charitable sectors. Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to safeguarding, equity, and systemic change, with a particular focus on improving outcomes for children affected by violence, exploitation, and injustice.

Sherry is the co-founder of Ending Coercive Offending, an organisation working to ensure children who are coerced into offending are safeguarded rather than criminalised. The organisation reflects her long-standing belief that systems must be challenged when they cause harm to the very children they are meant to protect.

Previously, Sherry was Chief Executive of a pan-London organisation supporting children and young people affected by violence, exploitation, and abuse. Earlier in her career, she held a range of senior roles in the charity sector and local government, building extensive expertise in commissioning, service mobilisation, and performance management. Her professional portfolio spans youth justice, domestic abuse, CAMHS, early help, unaccompanied children, and social enterprise development. She has also held significant governance and advisory roles, including with the KPMG Foundation.

Sherry is recognised for her integrity, clarity, and values-driven leadership. She is an effective strategist and communicator, equally comfortable leading complex organisational change, influencing system reform, and operating at board level. Her work is defined by a willingness to challenge entrenched practice and a commitment to delivering meaningful, lasting change in complex systems.
