Sherry is one of 3 co-founders of Ending Coercive Offending.  Prior to this she was Chief Executive of a London based charity that worked with children and young people affected by violence and exploitation.  Sherry is recognised as leader in safeguarding, and she has an unashamed commitment to high quality, high impact services for children and young people.  She has a track record of engaging with the communities that are impacted by the work she does and engaging them in meaningful ways. Her previous roles include Business Development roles, national Safeguarding and Quality practice roles, and commissioning within Local Authorities across England. Her portfolio includes youth justice, domestic violence, CAMHS, early help, unaccompanied minors, and social enterprise development.

Sherry has also held key board and governance roles; her leadership is marked by integrity, inclusion, and a values-driven approach to public service and social innovation.

Sherry is an exceptional communicator, strategist, and collaborator—equally skilled in frontline service transformation and board-level governance—however her fundamental passion for children's rights underpins the foundation of Ending Coercive Offending something she feels passionate about.
